Naval Air Warfare Center  has a requirement to provide a Navy-wide Enterprise Service Desk as a single point of entry for all Navy IT support 24x7x365.
There are three positions for a training lead as key personnel in the Service Desk Operations - one Service center at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD (PAX), one at Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, NEW ORLEANS, LA (NOLA), and one at
Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW), North Island, CA (SD). The Enterprise Help Desk  is a Navy-wide effort that requires services of a highly qualified IT Service provider, with the skills and experience to provide and operate  a Navy Enterprise Service Desk (NESD).
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (1) Six years experience in role as training or sustainment at a large Help Desk, (2) experience as IT Service Provider; including Service Desk sustainment / operations (3) Knowledge and experience in ITIL Foundations through ITL expert; (4) Secret Clearance or ability to obtain clearance (MIN-Interim secret to start work)(5) Experience leading large teams or large projects in complex projects; (6) Navy experience desired not required.
