Work as part of a multifunctional team providing technical and logistics support for cleanroom operations. This will include evaluating and troubleshooting production equipment problems as well as generating and performing preventative maintenance activities along with calibration management. Candidate will also be primary focal point for chemical and supply ordering along with property management.
4-6 years of professional experience
Knowledge of cleanroom setup, operations and experience in that environment
Knowledge of electronics and control systems, mechanics, robotics, pneumatics, vacuum systems, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics. Motion control systems, GD&T and inspection equipment.
Must demonstrate an in-depth understanding of mechanical systems and process tools; and, be fluent in the conventional engineering use of technical terms and reading schematics.
Able to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, schematics, mechanical drawings, and OEM/company operating and maintenance instruction manuals
Adherence to Environmental Health & Safety programs including electrical Safety, gas Safety, hazardous materials
Excellent computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Effective communication and technical writing skills
Class 100 cleanroom support experience
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings or schematics
Understanding of basic semiconductor physics
Familiarity with AutoCad, Solidworks, or similar design software
Required Education: BS in Engineering or Technology
