This is a long term temporary position for Raytheon estimated for a year duration
Job Description:This position will provide administrative and clerical support for the Center leadership team members and employees in a fast paced environment. The selected candidate must be a self-starting individual with a track record of handling and maintaining sensitive company personal information. Will work collaboratively with other administrative personnel support and other customers. Travel maybe required between Tucson sites to support meetings.Will have technical proficiency in various aspects of admin support including but not limited to: Screening telephone calls and routing to the appropriate individual(s) in the manager's absence.
Organizing and prioritizing appointment schedules to minimize schedule conflicts.
Coordinating calendar entries between the classified calendar and the Outlook calendars Planning and coordinating domestic/international travel.
Preparing inter-office and external correspondence.
Preparing departmental & technical documentation.
Reserving conference rooms.
Arranging business lunches.
Preparing security clearances and visitor requests.
Process employee office moves and utilize Remedy software Preparing charts and metric charts. Ordering office supplies.
Processing SPEED on-line transactions
Requires at 4 years of administrative experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, and the Microsoft Office suite including: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Working knowledge of the on-line expense reporting systems and financial shared services policies.
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to respond quickly and effectively to non-routine requests and situations.
Highly proficient in organizing data and documents and ability to maintain confidentiality of personnel information and data.
Flexibility and openness to New ideas and ways of accomplishing tasks.
Demonstrates ability to plan events, presentation/training skills (such as program reviews and activities including numerous customer interactions)
Self-starter with initiative and independent judgment for assisting Management, high level customers, and suppliers.
Experience working in on-line docushare tools, SharePoint, Remedy software, timekeeping systems SAP/APEX.
Team player who is comfortable operating in a high energy environment, includes administrative support for other Engineering Directorates.
Ability to multi-task while meeting the demands of several complex objectives.
Familiarity with company policies, procedures, forms and processes.
Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills are also key to success in this position.
Willingness to learn New skills.
Minimum Education Required:High School diploma or equivalent with 4 + years related experience.
