Wolfhound - Field Service Representative (FSR)

Job Description
FSR will plan and execute repairs and sustainment training for ANA Intelligence Training Center (ITC) Wolfhound Instructors and Office of Technical Intelligence (OTI) personnel, preventative/corrective maintenance, and repair of all subsystems. FSRs will also assist ANA training cadre develop training programs to instill and maintain operator proficiency with systems and familiarity with evolving standard operating procedures. FSRs will assist with all aspects of ANA logistics, planning, coordination, and doctrinal development for spare parts and resupply, to include developing an accountability and distribution system for spare parts. Establish basic Prescribed Load List (PLL), identify trends, develop forecasting model and report to higher echelons for disposition.

FSR is experienced in providing leadership and direction to others and is a major contributor to planning processes and readiness levels. FSR provides expert technical knowledge, analyses, and advice in specific technical areas to support management, organization, and business decisions. FSR is proficient in all processes and procedures relevant to Foreign Military Sales (FMS)? WOLFHOUND. FSR also participates in meeting, task groups, team, reviews, and other environments to assist in collaborative results.

Requirements:
- Formally trained and certified by Tobyhanna Army Depot Field Logistics Support personnel as a Field Service Representative on the Wolfhound System or have equivalent training and experience on Wolfhound System.
- Professional communication and analytical skills along with working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs.
- Have experience in fault detection, isolation, and correction of Wolfhound systems and associated components.
- Be available for assignment across Afghanistan for extended periods.
- Able to provide logistical, operator, and maintenance training to ANA personnel for the Wolfhound System and all associated equipment.
- Able to provide expert technical knowledge, analyses, and advice in specific technical areas to support management, organization, and sustainment of systems.
- Evaluate and document field operational capability and report results to customer and program office.
- Provide all tools and diagnostic equipment associated with repair & troubleshooting the Wolfhound System
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Hands-on experience & expertise with the Wolfhound Systems and associated equipment including installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
- Have recent experience in the teaching, training & advising environment of other foreign military forces in the use of Wolfhound systems.
- Experience training, advising and working with foreign military personnel.
- Experience working through and utilizing interpreters on technical issues.
- Able to convey knowledge to others by providing instruction and demonstration.
- Ability to plan, schedule and complete all activities required to meet established goals.
- Ability to develop and provide a ?train the trainer program? of instruction for the Wolfhound System, maintenance and logistics training course.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of military protocol and comfortable interacting with senior level military personnel.
Mandatory physical requirements:
- Ability to climb platforms.
- Ability to lift and carry deployment bag (40 lbs. - 60lbs) and tool bag (55lbs) while wearing body armor and helmet that weigh approximately 45lbs.
- Ability to work in an austere environment.
- Able to travel long distances in a combat zone.
- Able to work outdoors in temperatures exceeding 120 degrees or below 32 degrees.
- Able to work up to 12-16 hours days, 7 days a week when needed and be on call 24/7 while deployed.
