Job Title: AMDR, Baseline 10 Integration and Test Lead
Job Location: Moorestown, New Jersey
Philadelphia, New York City and the New Jersey shore beckon in your personal time off while you play a pivotal role with Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) with air and missile defense (AMDR) work on the Aegis Combat Management System (CMS) in historic Moorestown, recognized by Money magazine as one of the top places to live in the United States.
AMDR (SPY-6) integration into the Aegis Baseline 10 CMS provides systems engineering, software updates and fixes and conducts Aegis Baseline (BL) 10.0 (Advanced Capability Build (ACB) 20/Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) 6.0) support for the forward fit DDG 51 Flight III Destroyer class in coordination with PEO IWS 2, PEO IWS 1 and Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
Lockheed Martin’s (LM) development of the Aegis combat system software to work with AMDR is very complex, and as integration efforts proceed a significant number of technical issues will be uncovered. You will do critical work with LM and all Navy and MDA stakeholders to understand the issues, identify root causes and, in the case where AMDR software/hardware requires modification, that it be done as expeditiously as possible to prevent integration schedule slips.

We offer maternal and paternal leave, flexible work schedules, achievement awards, educational assistance and child/adult backup care. Moorestown is just 15 miles from Philadelphia, 85 miles from New York City and 58 miles from Atlantic City, New Jersey.
