Ultra Defense Corp (UDC USA, Inc) is looking for a 105mm Tank Ammunition Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of Project Manager for Maneuver Ammunition Systems (PM MAS), Product Manager Large Caliber (PdM LC) for the Stryker Brigade Combat Team at Fort Benning, Georgia.
Although the position is based at Fort Benning, extensive travel will be required.
Responsibilities:
● Provides support as Large Caliber liaison to the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Capabilities Command (TCM), Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT).
● Participates in Mobile Gun Systems (MGS) and Abrams IPTs to influence and provide Human Control Interface (HCI) expertise for the conduct of platform analysis and experiments, to include human performance models and/or simulators.
● Supports User training, gunnery, and test exercises as required by PM MAS. Ammunition usage, issues, and training feedback shall be collected and relayed to PM MAS. This includes first-hand User feedback.
● Attends PM MAS ammunition test events as required to provide insight based upon interaction with MCoE and the User community.
● Tracks efforts to develop and staff TEMP and other Milestone documentation.
● Plans, coordinates, and distributes meeting announcements to the munition program IPT members. Presents an information overview at these meetings and publishes meeting minutes and tracks action items until complete.
● Attends IPRs, technical meetings, reviews, and discussions between the various government agencies and munition contractor developer as required.
● Participates in support of the User and PM MAS as a member on the T&E WIPT for future 105mm munitions.
● Participates in Large Caliber Ammunition IPRs at the munitions prime contractor facilities as required.
● Assists in developing and maintaining assigned briefing and information packages, and other routine and informal reports, as required.

Master Gunner experience desired. Candidates with significant 105mm tank ammunition engineering experience or applicable technical experience will be considered.
