Provides complete organizational management for assigned projects
Manages project planning from the initial proposal stage, valuation analysis, and resource planning through to project completion.
Performs post-implementation cost/benefit reviews and documents lessons learned during project administration
Defines each project's scope, develops work breakdown structures, forecasts required resources, identifies the program's value to the organization (NPV), proposes and defends prioritization, allocates work packages, identifies the critical path with contingency plans for crashing the program and provides intra-project supervision and management reviews.
Provides creative leadership for improving the program management administrative process
Seeks insight from corporate and field personnel as necessary to investigate the potential for adding value to existing project proposals through business reengineering. Formally presents those opportunities to management during the scope setting phase of each program
