Provide Technical Administration support to the Engineering Team within Systems Manufacturing.
Reports to Engineering Manager for Systems Manufacturing.
Create and modify Visiprise Manufacturing Routers as required by Engineering Staff
Support the ongoing development of the VM system and structure
Create a standard library of VM Router instructions, terms and expressions
Create and progress Electronic Purchase Requisitions (SAP) for tooling and assembly aids, as required by Engineers
Minutes and action trackers for Engineering meetings
Holiday calendar maintenance
Training calendar maintenance
Tracking Risk Assessment review status
Tracking 5S action status
Tracking Audit action status
TWI creation and processing
Support contractor / visitor process
General engineering admin.
Numerate & literate
Demonstrated communication skills
VM (or similar) proficiency
MS office proficiency ? competent in all the standard packages skills
Self motivated and self managing
Demonstrated ability to learn new processes and skills
Good understanding of Engineering processes
