Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) is seeking a talented systems engineer to join the Navigation and Secure Systems Department as a Systems Security Engineer (SSE). This department provides a wide range System Security Engineering services and products to its customers. This position is within a technical growth area; we are looking for individuals willing to apply their systems engineering knowledge to the system security engineering or program protection disciplines of anti-tamper, cyber security, software assurance, supply chain exploitation, and threat and design vulnerability analysis.
The candidate will develop technical solutions specific technical problems that require the application of basic systems engineering principles and concepts. The candidate will interact with supervision, project leads and other section personnel in performing assigned tasks. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with an education in Engineering (Systems, Software, Hardware and/or Embedded systems)

Desired Education: Masters of Science (MS) in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or related technical field
This position requires a U.S. person or the ability to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons.
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
