This position is for an HR intern in the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business area. The role will be a hybrid of HR Business Partner support and support to the Talent Management organization. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure into HR activities such as talent reviews, talent development teams, employee development, leader and employee coaching, leadership interviews, staffing, new business start ups, new leader assimilations, performance management interim discussions, and other HR-related activities. Although the position is located in Orlando, FL, it will support HR functions that span the entire RMS portfolio.
Must be enrolled in an accredited degree program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management or similar field.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
