This Project Engineering role will specialize in leading and managing multi-function and program project teams to identify performance issues and implement corrective actions.

This role must have a working knowledge of Change Management, Project Management and Operational Excellence Practices.

Initial Role: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Change Adoption Lead
? Create and manage a change strategy for automation program to promulgate through the Aeronautics
? Assist functions and RPA Program Manager in creating a change management plan to adopt automation in each area
? Coordinates with HR to develop a plan for knowledge, skills and abilities creation by role
? Create and manage a list of training requirements and programs
? Oversee delivery of training to the proper personnel
? Coordinates with Communications to develop a communication plan
? Defines and executes program communication plan
? Coordinates with Process Automation Engineer and functional SMEs on process-specific communications change management, and training requirements
? Assist in the creation of process documentation standards and assist any process technology enablers

Must be a US citizen - This position requires special access and will require a Secret security clearance.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required

Applied Change Management experience using industry methods

Experience working with executives and all levels of the business

Desired skills
Project Management Leadership experience with the ability to lead effectively on cross-functional teams through improvements

Strong written and verbal communications

Creative individual that can develop messages and artwork to communicate abstract concepts

Process Redesign and Continuous Improvement experience

Demonstrated ability to train and mentor others

Advanced PowerPoint skills
