Job Description:
We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) business within Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) located in Andover, MA as a Principal Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst supporting a portfolio of international Patriot Programs within the Patriot Product Line (PPL). As a key member of the IAMD PPL finance team, the successful candidate will perform detailed financial analysis and quick turn estimating & costing for product level cost elements. The candidate will partner with Patriot Product Line Teams, PMOs, CBTs and collaborate with other team members to drive process improvements and build bench strength. The successful candidate will provide meaningful business insights and analysis, and will communicate effectively with all partners.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of relevant professional working experience
  • Previous Program and Earned Value experience
  • Experienced user of SAP f similar system
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong communication and written skills
Desired Skills:
  • Previous Estimating & Pricing Experience
  • R6Sigma Specialist
  • Willingness to take on all challenges
  • Earn Value Management System (EVMS) certified
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial information in support of business portfolio
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Prior Production experience
Required Education (including Major):
  • BS in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics
