This position will be responsible and accountable for cost, schedule and technical performance on Tactical programs within Raytheon Vision Systems. This includes setting program strategy, vision and tactical direction for program execution by multifunctional teams and subcontractors. The program manager will supervise and integrate the performance of the program?s engineering, operations, supply chain, mission assurance and program operations teams. The PM establishes an executable baseline and manages the risks and opportunities. This position develops and adheres to the program?s Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring program growth and achieving measurable customer satisfaction.

This person will also be responsible for leading or supporting proposal preparation, statements of work and specifications, negotiation and administration of contracts with the customer. This individual is responsible to develop corrective actions to mitigate customer identified issues and changes to program scope, assisting with aligning resources in a multiple team member and subcontract environment to ensure effective and cost efficient performance.

Required Skills:

  • Prefer experience working with ISR technologies and/or subassemblies.
  • 10+ years working experience, with significant experience as a Program Manager.
  • Experience working with large complex teams
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing EVMS and Risk & Opportunity management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IPDS
  • US citizenship is required.
  • Ability to gain access to US only data systems is required.

Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of Raytheon processes and policies
  • Experience with EO/IR technologies for tactical applications preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and collaboration
  • Strong communications skills and experience presenting to customers and senior leadership
  • Current DoD security clearance

Required Education: Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related discipline

This position requires a U.S. person or the ability to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
