The Skunk Works is looking for world class talent in Aeronautical Engineering to be a part of a team that will carry on our 70-year tradition making history in advanced aircraft development.
This exciting position is with the Skunk Works located in Marietta, Georgia. This position will support an ADP (Advanced Development Program) effort as a Propulsion Integration Engineer.
This position will support propulsion integration tasks for advanced development programs. The individual will be responsible for technical interface with engineers from turbine engine suppliers. A track record of working with suppliers is desired. This position requires an individual with comprehensive knowledge of propulsion hardware and propulsion integration. The individual must have a strong technical background with experience in advanced inlet and exhaust systems, including thermal, structural, and mechanical design, as well as the integration of these concepts into practical, serviceable aircraft systems. This position will require the capability to perform activities associated with integration of the propulsion system with all other systems in the vehicle and the development efforts required to test and verify these systems. Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and presentation skills are highly desirable.

? Bachelor or above Degree in a Technical Engineering Discipline.
? Must have the ability to obtain a final Secret and SAR clearance.
? Experience with one or more of the following: Propulsion System analytical models (NPSS, etc), Propulsion Installation Design (inlet and exhaust systems), and/or propulsion test and qualification experience
? Preferred candidate will have active clearance
? Experience with Installed Propulsion Performance Predictions
? Experience with wind-tunnel testing
? Experience with System requirements
? Experience with engine supplier coordination
? Experience with propulsion controls
? Experience in engine/airframe hardware & software integration desirable.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills
