The candidate will be performing Systems Engineering activities on the TTWCS program. Including but not limited to requirements analysis and development, model based Systems Engineering, system architecture updates including DODAF, developing candidate change packages, writing verification engineering test plans and procedures, developing white papers to analyze impacts to potential system changes. TTWCS has multiple concurrent baselines that will be supported and the candidate needs to be flexible and have a broad skill set. Depending on what is needed within each Increment the TTWCS SE could be writing requirements to writing test procedures and everything in between. The candidate needs to work well in a dynamic environment and be willing to work mutliple areas within the Systems Engineering discipline. Previous Tomahawk Weapons Control Systems experience is desired but not required. The candidate will participate in the change review board and will utilize their experience to offer recommendations on proposed changes. Must be proficient in following established Systems Engineering processes and procedures. Must be able to work within a dynamic team environment with changing assignments. Should be a self starter who is proactive in investigating solutions. Work is located in Valley Forge PA.

Basic Qualifications
Systems Engineering Experience in all phase of the lifecycle (Requirements, Architecture, system design, verification engineering)

Desired skills
Model Based Systems Engineering experience, MagicDraw or Enterprise Architecture tool, System Architect, DODAF, Naval experience particularly with weapons control systems, DOORS requirements tool
