Sikorsky is seeking an S-70i Program Management Assoc. Mgr. position in Stratford, CT to lead the execution of the Turkey Gendarmerie S-70i Black Hawk Program. The PM Assoc. Mgr. will report to the International Military Programs PM Senior Manager and will be responsible for the program strategy, execution, and customer relationship. This position will also include management of post-delivery and sustainment efforts on previous Turkey programs including Turkey Navy Lot 2, Turkey Prime Ministry, Turkey National Police and Turkey Land Forces.

Specific Job Responsibilities include:
? Develop strong working relationship with PZL Mielec, Sikorsky Operations and Program Management team members to ensure program success
? Ensure adherence to integrated master plan and schedule, develop solutions to program issues and direct work of incumbents assigned to the program from various functional departments.
? Ensure product is completed on time and within budget. Provide daily direction to the program team regarding priorities, tasks, resource allocations and operations.
? Provide a best-in-class customer interface and delivery experience
? Develop and actively monitor program risks and opportunities in order to control and reduce aircraft cost
? Prepare and present metrics data and program status briefings intended for internal Sikorsky management and leadership
? Support in-house activities and meetings focused on the overall improvement and success of the S-70i Product Line in Poland

Basic Qualifications
BS/BA degree with 3-6+ years? experience

Engineering and/or business administration education

Experience/knowledge of Program Management / Operations (preferred)

Knowledge of the S-70i Black Hawk helicopter

Knowledge of International Trade Compliance (preferred)

Additional Comments Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, presentation

Exceptional attention to detail, focus on quality

Ability to learn at an accelerated rate

Candidate must have an interest in international business and appreciation for cultural differences

Demonstrated ability to manage effective communication and utilize sound business judgment

Travel Requirement: 20%
