Integration of functional Industrial Engineering solutions for execution of F-35 production ramp to rate for assembly and coating application operations by analyzing and developing production plans and monitoring production health metrics. Primary roles and responsibilities include: Schedule development and mitigation planning, Constraint Mgmt applications, Crew Plan Development, Product Flow and Shop Floor Optimization, HPU EAC Analysis, Critical Path Analysis, Capacity Analysis, Staffing Analysis and Process Improvement Initiatives.
? Experience Developing Production plans.
? Experience with Forecasting Methods (Staffing Plans, Learning Curves, Regression Analysis, Parametric Estimates).
? Experience with Statistical Analysis (Regression Analysis).
? Experience with Database Operations (Data Mining, SQL Statements).
-Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes.
-Experience Working with Business Objects (BO) and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
-Experience with Analytical and Project Planning Tools and Software, including MS Office suite of tools.
-White Belt/PDCA Certification.
