The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) seeks to transform their business and information technology (IT) landscape through the modernization of it?s? technology, processes, policies, and workforce. HUD is shifting its? technology strategy from developing standalone capabilities within each mission area to meeting business requirements across HUD?s mission areas through Enterprise IT Services.

The intent of the HUD Enterprise Architecture Transformation (HEAT) initiative contract is to provide agency-wide end user technology solutions and help desk support capabilities to support HUD?s employees, contractors, centralized data centers, and information management systems.
