This position will be responsible for managing F/A-18 International/Emerging programs, Space and Airborne Systems (SAS). Manager responsibilities include oversight of FMS externally reported program as well as strategic pursuits/proposals. The FMS and other Intl/Emerging programs will require supporting Program Managers and managing and mentoring of 6-8 analysts. Duties include strategic analysis and generation of EAC, R/O management, EV management and JSA preparedness, proposal and negotiation strategy for existing and upcoming RCP and NTE changes, and forecasting (bookings, sales, profit, cash) and balance sheet management. In addition, manager will be responsible for assisting Director with international/emerging pursuits, including business case strategy and generation, proposal management and assistance with all internal Gate processes. Role requires communication with all levels of management, generating presentations, and assisting manager with process improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of related experience
  • Prior experience managing, mentoring and training 6-8 analysts
  • Lead development/analysis of EAC/LRE; proactively manage detailed EVMS with audit readiness mentality
  • FP&A: bookings, sales, cash, profit, balance sheet, AOP, 5 year
  • Strategic analysis on pursuits ? be involved in all Gates, help put together packages, business cases w/ROI, presentations to LT
  • Use and understanding of RTN tools (PMX, SAP Suites, MPM, TICC, etc) to help team complete deliverables
  • Assist with leading proposal efforts for strategic pursuits; develop strategy with Directors
  • Good organizational skills in leading/coordinating program personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines; ability to multi-task
  • Creative problem solving skills, ability to think strategically, as well as tactically
  • Deadline driven, ability to ensure staff follows through
  • Ability to work cross-functionality in order to meet program and pursuit needs
  • Independent, ability to problem solve with little assistance from management; ability to build support network
  • Ability to travel
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance within one year of starting work.

Required Education:
Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
