Essential Job Functions: (not limited to duties as described - performs related duties as requested)
Develops and implements approved quality of life to improve base living and working environment.
Provides information and support to the Base Operations Support Personnel and Government - designated Civil Engineers personnel.
Manages records of all required inspections, testing, training, certifications, operating instructions appointments, and policy letters, including generating, distributing, filing and maintaining those records.
Ensures complete and accurate material costs and labor hours are captured within the Government data system tracking historical work data.
Responsible for oversight and management of facility and infrastructure operations, maintenance, and repair; material control; customer services, and facility engineering functions.
Maintains and operates the base-wide Operations support and customer interface.
Education & Experience:
Must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten (10) years' experience with Department of Defense Civil Engineering facilities, maintenance, repair, and operations, to include a minimum of two (2) years experience directly managing/supervising within an Operations Function.
Must have experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Must have knowledge of project closeout procedures, preventive maintenance, construction and repair terminology and processes, as well as familiarity with Air Force Civil Engineering guidance, rules, and regulations.
