Essential Job Functions:
Collects, validates, and incorporates execution plans for all appropriations for timely submission to the USG for approval. Ensures execution plans are prepared properly formatted, accurate, and submitted as directed.
Conducts quarterly reviews of financial transactions using financial reports with Government personnel.
Provides guidance and surveillance over cost accounting policies/procedures.
Provides financial support to all CE service activities; provides accurate/timely submissions, funding requirements, and sound financial guidance responsive to the needs of the different CE service activities.
Reviews funding requirements; participates in mid-year reviews; and reviews and coordinates the Integrated Priority List with the Program Manager.
Participates in fiscal year end closeout milestones, ensuring all are met; requests, prepares, and prioritizes year-end funding list; attends close-out meetings; and complies with all Financial Management tasking.
Prepares and participates in Financial Working Group, Financial Management Board, and other required financial meetings.
Education & Experience:
Must have Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in real property management and accounting in the Department of Defense.
Must have the following training: (1) the Real Property Management Course from Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) WMGT 424 and (2) the IMM must attend the Air Force Advanced Realty Course (ARC) within one (1) year after FOC. The Contractor shall fund all course, travel (if necessary) and other expenses required. The Contractor shall perform all communications to request for training etc. from agencies providing the training.
