We are presently identifying candidates for a Senior Executive Assistant . This position will work on-site with our client at ITID ? FBI in Washington, D.C. Candidates must have an existing Top-Secret Clearance already adjudicated in order to be considered; this position does not allow for uncleared candidates.  
 
Required?

  • Top Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or another related field.
  • 10 years of professional administrative experience working within government agency.
  • Experience supporting technology driven organizations.
  • Well organized, dedicated and conscious with a proven ability to complete tasks with high quality, meticulous attention to detail, and in a timely fashion.  
  • Able to work with confidence, using own initiative with a diverse and fast paced work environment.
 
Responsibilities?
  • Be responsible for developing, drafting, writing and editing reports, briefs, proposals, and other documents in support of a client?s requirements.
  • Interface with personnel to coordinate meetings, maintain logs, records and files, provides end-user support, and performs general administrative duties.
  • Assist in budgetary, billing, and financial management.
  • Be responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming and operations documentation, procedures and methods, including user reference manuals.
