This position will be responsible for the management of the LM MST Global Mobile Training Team (GMTT) out of Eglin, Luke and Beaufort. As the Project Manager you will support the sustainment, manning, training scheduling, and operations of the multiple GMTT teams that support the F-35 Global training and operational training centers being opened worldwide. Attend weekly meetings coordinating with the multiple program/country managers for all the existing and new training centers requirements and schedule changes/updates.
Provides oversight and direction to GMTT training operations personnel deploying to CONUS/OCONUS F-35 sites worldwide. The candidate is responsible for planning and coordinating the teams needed for site standup, training, and sustained operations of CONUS/OCONUS F-35 sites. Monitors operational site performance, conducts meetings with program managers and CONUS/OCONUS RMS Site Leads to ensure conformity with customers request, Enterprise Training processes and procedures, and identifies problems and provides solutions to the program manager to ensure compliance with contractual training requirements. Assists the F-35 Training Program Manager in the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating within GMTT training budgets and financial terms/conditions of contracted training. Serves as the Training Operations customer contact for overseas site training program activities. Candidate is required to provide Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports for the F 35 Enterprise Training Program Manager and RMS training Sr Leadership.

Basic Qualifications
Comprehensive understanding of performance management theory and principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio.
Experience with reporting mechanisms (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS))
Demonstrated experience with coordinating data collection activities across a global enterprise of sites.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be a fast learner, and willing to operate in a fast-paced environment that may periodically include short-turn-around assignments and working irregular hours.
Produce Evaluation Plans (metric framework, scenarios/threads, timelines, and requirements), Analysis Plans, Data Requirements, Training Schedules, Risk Assessments, Evaluation Reports, Status reports; provide input to Program Management

Assess operational and system performance requirements deemed criticality to the JSF Training System and enable evaluation planning.
Produce Evaluation Plans (metric framework, scenarios/threads, timelines, and requirements), Analysis Plans, Data Requirements, Risk Assessments, Evaluation Reports, Status reports; provide input to Program Management
Ability to Plan and Execute Performance Data Collection
Current working knowledge of the ALIS MTT and GMTT training schedule and travel requirements.
Current knowledge and has worked in the F 35 Eglin training environment.
