Lockheed Martin (LM) Rotary Mission Systems (RMS) is designing the DoD Unified Platform (UP) solution known as a multi-domain Joint Integrated Cyberspace Mission System called Henosis (Ancient Greek word for ?union? or ?unity?)

Through the US Air Force Cyber Command, the DoD has issued a competitive bid for a ?phased? three year contract to realize their Unified Platform solution. When we win the contract, development work will be performed in San Antonio, TX. LM is looking for ?Cyber passionate? engineers with varied experiences such as software, systems, and integration/test engineering. All development work will be performed in an agile environment, to deliver quality products and technical solution with cost efficiency to our customer.

This Information Assurance/networking leadership position is in direct support to the United Platform Program located in San Antonio, TX with the Air Force Cyber Command. Cyber/IA requirements and documentation will be integrated in an Agile environment with the System Engineering Team, working closely with other engineering functions such as software and hardware developers. This candidate will serve internal and external customers for any network and/or sys admin requirements, developing requirements and resolving network issues to meet program needs.

The selected candidate will identify technical and operational requirements to support development of secure solutions and evaluate security controls to ensure compliance with applicable RMF requirements and standards. The candidate must be able to operate with minimal direction in a dynamic customer focused environment while demonstrating outstanding internal and external customer communication/relationship skills.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications
Security+ certification or better

With a focus on networks, demonstrated experience performing Cyber/IA activities in support of hardware, software and system requirements, design, development, testing and sustainment with aircraft and/or aircraft support equipment.

With a focus on networks, demonstrated experience with employment of Department of Defense (DoD) IA requirements, policies, and processes to include certification and accreditation as part of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements

Experience (to include policies/procedures) supporting DoD or Intel Programs.

Demonstrated ability to provide guidance on networking requirements in a medium to large Cyber programs.

Desired skills
Experience with Secure Configuration/Hardening of DoD Information Systems.

Experience with system audit configuration, capture, analysis, and risk reduction.
