As a member of the F-35 Electro-Optical (EO) team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier hardware/software development and maturation tasks, coordinating with various technical disciplines in support of Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) and aircraft modernization efforts as well as sustainment and affordability initiatives. Additional duties will include providing Technical Evaluations on Supplier Proposals and generating Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for interal work packages as well as interactions with Flight Test personnel to analyze flight test data from aircraft missions, reviewing technical reports for compliance with performance specifications, supporting lab check-out activities, processing change requests and generating presentations that will be used to brief higher level management and customer personnel. Occasional travel may be required. Occasional off-shifts may be required in the labs. Applicants must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance and related program clearances. A Final Secret Clearance is required prior to start.
**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.**

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required within an Engineering discipline Software, Electrical, and or Computer Science.
Experience with Supplier Management.
Experience with Presentation development.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working with cross functional teams.

Desired skills
-Coursework or familiarity with electro-optical electronics concepts/techniques
-Experience with electronics processor requirements and usage
-Familiarity with F-35 avionics suite and systems engineering processes
-Knowledge of working with specifications describing system requirements
-Knowledge of the development of verification planning and approaches
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
-Demonstrated problem solving skills
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Must be self-motivated
-Ability to work in a highly dynamic program environment
-Collaboration experience with team members across multiple disciplines and/or organizations
