Provides strategic leadership in developing and implementing robust process to effectively manage customer agreements for the Medical Nutrition and OPTIFAST businesses. Management of linking of customers and distributors to correct contracts and pricing. Responsible for proactively identifying and managing process improvements across entire Business Operations team to assure processes and procedures provide a high level of consistent, positive customer experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

? Manage team responsible for supporting RFIs/RFPs, deal analysis, and legal approval process for nearly 1,000 contracts.
? Maintain pricing and contract access for distributors and customers
? Evaluate, identify and implement policies and procedures to drive operational efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
? provide insight and direction to the sales organization related to contractual issues
? Review and participate in negotiations of complex contracts for National Account customers
? Audit contract conditions and provisions to ensure compliance with policies and performance requirements
? Recruit, select, retain, and develop highly qualified professionals. Provide leadership necessary to maintain a motivated, productive and competent team through open lines of communication and delegation of responsibilities and authority.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
? Must have a Bachelor?s degree in business, management, or related area of study.
? Minimum 5 years? experience in leadership role required.
? Experience in healthcare experience required, with knowledge of distributor-based business preferred.
? 5+ years? experience with analytics, data management, data systems, Excel, and Access required.
