Global Supply Chain (GSC) is conducting a search for a Subcontract ProgramManagement Specialist to join the Seapower Capability Systems team.

As a member of the Subcontract Program ManagementTeam you’ll report directly to the Subcontract Program Management Team Lead and will assist in
establishing, coordinating and managing subcontracts in support of Integrated Product Teams and Program Management.

Responsibilities will include assisting the Subcontract Program Management Team Lead in the following areas:

  • Oversight of the Supplier Management process (including Supplier Risk/Opportunity Management Plan, Supplier performance and communication of customer flowthrough requirements such as Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR))
  • Managing the relationship and communications between subcontractors and Raytheon counterparts. Coordinating activities among Program Management, Integrated Product Team(s) and Engineering.
  • Creating and tracking supplier performance metrics.
  • Managing concurrent assignments and maintaining schedule deadlines.
  • Supporting the development of subcontractor Statement of Work.
  • Engaging in capture efforts associated with subcontractors including, Request for Information; Request for Proposal; proposal review, negotiation and award.
  • Visiting subcontractor locations to survey subcontractor’s facilities and processes to ensure compliance with Raytheon subcontractor flow down.

This position may involve domestic travel.



Required Skills:

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • This position requires U.S. Citizenship and the eligibility to obtain a security clearance

  • Ability to effectively establish and maintain positive working relationships with other functional organizations
  • Ability to perform, excel, and lead in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 3.0 Cumulative GPA
  • Experience within Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Program or Project Management
