This position is in support of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Managed Security Service (MSS) Program which will form a strategic relationship with an in Kingdom partner. The customer’s objective is to provide a suite of cybersecurity services to government and critical national infrastructure customers in KSA. The program supports Raytheon’s strategic goal of Global Growth by increasing our international Cyber business and driving business and customer success. Raytheon will provide the technology, knowledge transfer, and support to assist the customer in delivering a catalog of services. In its first phase the program will establish Threat Monitoring, Detection, Analysis and Response and Security Assessment and Incident Response services and provide the customer with one year of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support. Given Raytheon’s cybersecurity experience, including establishing Security Operation Centers (SOCs) and MSSs in the United States, Middle East, and United Kingdom, Raytheon is well positioned to partner with the customer and deliver the cyber expertise, processes and technology necessary for success.
Raytheon is seeking an experienced Security Assessments Lead in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Security Assessments Lead will work collaboratively with Raytheon’s cybersecurity service experts, security engineers and the customer to support the customer to establish Security Assessment and Incident Response services in accordance with the schedule to achieve program and customer success. Additionally, the Security Assessments Lead will support Instructor Lead Training (ILJ), coaching and mentoring and delivery of Security Assessment and Incident Response reports and documents.

Job Duties include and are not limited to:
  • Work collaboratively with Raytheon’s cybersecurity service experts, security engineers and the customer to meet program requirements
  • Support program training specialist to Security Assessment and Incident Response training materials; course content; and coordinate the development and delivery of Instructor Lead Training (ILT)
  • Supports the Technical Writer to deliver reports and documents in accordance with the schedule
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to customer’s Security Assessment and Incident Response analysts:
    • Perform program and architecture reviews, technical testing and related activities using Raytheon methodologies and client-approved rules of engagement
    • Provide comprehensive cybersecurity and IT security subject matter advice, findings, and recommendations to end customers for technical cybersecurity issues
    • Proactively identify and apply opportunities for continuous process improvement, including application of industry best practices and methodology/reporting process automation in assigned tasks
  • Remains up-to-date on technological and product developments as well as universal specifications relevant to his or her industry
  • Creates, adapts, and follows project schedules and deadlines
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Cyber, Engineering, Science, or Mathematics
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced level of knowledge in cybersecurity subject matter and topics
  • Ability to assess information relating to network threats and organization security postures
  • Advanced understanding of enterprise IT and business concepts, processes, and requirements
  • 8+ years of practical experience in network or web application assessments, enterprise security architecture, and defense-in-depth network design and implementation
  • 4+ year of experience in large scale commercial data center IT deployments and standards
  • In-depth knowledge of internet protocols, services, and related information technologies
  • Must be able to work collaboratively in person and as part of a geographically distributed team
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to report on and present advanced subject matter analysis to senior customer stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office technologies, including productivity and data management applications
  • Experience with the development, customization, and controlled use of exploitation modules using COTS and open source frameworks
  • Advanced level skill with COTS and open source vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools
  • Experience with large enterprise IT environments, operational technologies, and industrial control systems (ICS)
  • Two or more of the following security certifications:
    • GIAC GPEN, GWAPT
    • Offensive Security OSCP, OSCE
    • ISC(2) CISSP
    • ISACA CISA, CISM
