ManTech International Corporation is looking to hire experienced personnel to support our U.S. Government Agency customer in multiple locations CONUS or OCONUS. This position will require the chosen candidate to currently possess an active DOD – Secret Security Clearance.
The qualified candidate will look to work closely within a team environment. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to articulate well, be extremely tactful and reserved when in communication with all levels of leadership and will be assigned multiple complex projects that will directly impact their program by managing projects from start to finish.

MUST obtain a pre-deployment DoS Medical Clearance upon hire.
The Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) Electronics Technician I assists in all aspects of ECM programs and provides guidance on ECM issues. The ECM Electronics Technician I supports U.S. Department of State ECM requirements in multiple overseas theaters in potentially high-threat environments. During overseas deployments, the ECM Electronics Technician I may be required to rotate between theaters and to multiple locations within each theater. The ECM Electronics Technician I will demonstrate and apply ECM knowledge through successful completion of moderately complex assignments under the guidance of more senior teammates. The ECM Electronics Technician I will demonstrate knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of the U.S. Department of State ECM program.
Must possess an active Secret security clearance with immediate eligibility to be granted access to sensitive compartmented information. Must be able to obtain Department of State Class 1 Medical Clearance.
Must possess at least two years of technical experience in the technical support for modern ECM systems. Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) theory and principle, and the effects of CREW systems operating in an electronic countermeasures environment. Experience planning vehicle movements, with vehicles equipped with CREW systems. Understanding insurgent Improvised Explosive (IED) emplacement tactics. Must be able to develop Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTP’s) for deploying vehicles equipped with CREW systems based on the national, local, and emerging Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) threat. Must demonstrate knowledge of ECM systems used by the U.S. Department of State, including CREW-2 systems.

Must demonstrate the ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner. Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a cohesive team. Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and have strong attention to detail. Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and office automation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
May be required to travel OCONUS to conduct installation, training or maintenance at diplomatic facilities. OCONUS travel may include critical threat locations around the world with austere living conditions. Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination. Must be able to obtain Department of State Class 1 Medical Clearance. Must have a valid US Passport.
