ManTech is currently seeking a Capture Coordinator to support Capture Managers pursuing business opportunities for Mission, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group in our Herndon, VA location. MCIS is a premiere provider of cyber security, systems engineering, program protection, and advanced technical solutions to the Intelligence, Defense, and Fed-Civ communities.

Position Description:

  • This position will provide support to Account and Capture Managers in all aspects of capture management including but not limited to identification, qualification, positioning, and capture of new business in support of current and planned capabilities.
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated organizational, communications (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Successful applicant will support research on specific companies and agencies or capability areas by gathering data like strategic plans, presentations, budgetary information, white papers from publically available sources and using research tools like GovWin IQ.
  • Individual will provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, managing data calls, inputting and tracking non-disclosure and teaming agreements (to include following up with company teammates), and tracking action items for assigned opportunities prior to the proposal phase.
  • Supports opportunity competitive black hat and strategy sessions by documenting decisions and capturing action items.

Position requirements:

  • BA/BS degree preferred, but not required
  • Federal Government and/or contractor experience desired
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated organizational, communications (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Active TS/SCI or ability to obtain one desired.
