Description: The primary responsibility of the System Administrator is to perform IT support for the Lockheed Martin managed closed area networks. Location for this support is required at Hill AFB Utah. Candidate will maintain operation of multi-user computer systems (CentOS6/RedHat6, Windows Server 2012), virtual computer systems (VMWare), COTS software products, and performs basic network administration within the scope of the site's connectivity network. This professional will ensure that the Lockheed Martin networks and IT systems are managed, controlled, and compliant with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG). This includes routine updates, major upgrades, and on-going maintenance and support to Microsoft Server domain controllers, print servers, Storage Area Networks (SAN), tape backup systems and Windows 7 & Windows 10 Desktop infrastructure.
Desired Skills: ? Networking certifications CCNA (e.g., CCNP and/or CCIE)
? Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
? Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive work project schedules to include 7x24, rotating shift operations as necessary.
? Microsoft Certifications ? MCSE, MCP
? Knowledge of Project management
? Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance support
Basic Qualifications: ? Active DoD Secret clearance w/ an Adjudication date within past 6 years
? Security + Certification attained within 90 days of hire
? Experience with Anti-virus and patch management
? Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO) configurations for hardening of servers and workstations
? Linux RedHat 6 and Windows Server 2012 experience
? Network experience
? Experience scripting (Perl, PowerShell, etc.)
