Description: The Dynamic Systems Structures Engineering group is seeking an analyst with a background in aeroelastic loads modeling. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing blade loads development for all programs, providing strong leadership to improve on our current loads prediction capability, create standard work, and train others in the group. The candidate will be a self-starter who works well with others and demonstrates a sense of urgency. An understanding of blade aerodynamics, blades structural analysis and RCAS is required.
Desired Skills: Experience with Dynamic Systems components including analysis, design and/or test.

Basic Qualifications: BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
9+ years of experience in structural analysis of aircraft components and aeroelastic loads modeling using RCAS
