Job Description Summary
About the role

This role will manage the delivery of procurement events and management of contractors across Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) for Facilities Management on the Fairfax Media Account. There is also a requirement to provide support to the Westpac Data Centre Account.
This role is critical in supporting the business by ensuring a procurement plan is in place and that appropriate vendors are under contract.
Job Description
What you will do
Maintain regular liaison with key Fairfax Facility Manager representatives and stakeholders
Prepare an annual procurement plan with quarterly updates and present to the client for approval.
Undertake procurement events for all services nominated in each annual plan, including preparation of strategy papers, evaluations and recommendations for client approval
Prepare and manage the contract preparation and execution processes required by Cushman & Wakefield.
Oversee the maintenance of a register of all Agreements under the management of Cushman and Wakefield
Ensure contractors costs and workmanship meet Fairfax Facility Manager needs and industry standards
Provide day to day advice to all team members on matters relating to contractor engagements
Oversee the review and analysis of Vendor performance and reporting; including KPI/SLA adherence
Oversee preparation and delivery of annual Improvement Program in relation to key vendors
Provide specialist advice when required to all team members, and to the client on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield.
Undertake audits of Contractor performance when required by the Account Director or Senior Facilities Manager.
Attend meetings with key contractors, employee team and at individual sites where required
Educate fellow team members about the key features of Agreements in place to ensure best value and sustainable outcomes from Contractors.
Ensure that safety measures and systems are implemented in accordance with relevant legislation, Company policy and customer safety requirements.
Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and customer environmental requirements.
Other related duties as assigned from time to time by the Account Director, C&W Procurement Lead or Senior Facilities Manager or arising from contract requirements.
