Job Description Summary
The Services Coordinator?s primary goal is to provide the highest level of customer service. This individual will ensure appropriate inventory and merchandising of client branded merchandise while continuing to research new and fresh options. The Coordinator will promote the services offered by the Service Center including, but not limited to, dry cleaning, taxi reservation, bicycle rentals, UTA passes, local tickets, and shipping/receiving.

Overall Goals of Position
The Services Coordinator?s primary goal is to provide the highest level of customer service. This individual will ensure appropriate inventory and merchandising of client branded merchandise while continuing to research new and fresh options. The Coordinator will promote the services offered by the Service Center including, but not limited to, dry cleaning, taxi reservation, bicycle rentals, UTA passes, local tickets, and shipping/receiving.
Hours of Position
8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday with an hour lunch.
Duties
Be familiar with Cushman & Wakefield and Adobe policies, practices and procedures as they relate to position and job description.
Customer service is essential ? in person, on the phone and in all forms of written communication.
Adequately stock and merchandise store items. Review inventory and submit orders of store items.
Continual focus on new and creative ideas for store merchandise to keep inventory fresh and the store fully stocked.
Promote concierge services (faxing, taxi service, dry cleaning, UTA passes, bike rentals, etc.)
Assist clients with shipping/receiving needs.
Complete reports accurately and in a timely manner, with the appropriate attention to detail.
Maintain constant and positive communications with all client employees, Cushman & Wakefield employees, and vendors.
Actively search for areas for improvement and make recommendations where appropriate.
Establish an outline and timetable for completion of routine duties carried out daily.
Be familiar with the work order request system.
Be a department resource for the client and C&W Team.
Review COI documentation for vendors and ensure compliance of requirements set forth by client.
Be familiar with the filing system, including: general files, vendor files, invoice files, bid files, personnel files, forms files, owner approval file, insurance certificates binder, as well as other binders maintained in the facilities management office. Maintain files as required, on a timely basis.
Assist with special projects as requested.
Other duties and assignments as required to meet the needs of the business.
