Global Occupier Services Summer Associate
Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking top Sophomores and Juniors looking to enter the real estate industry to participate in is an intensive 3-month summer internship. The program will provide participants with experience on an integrated services account in the Global Occupier Services division which provides real estate services to large corporate clients. The internship will be based on the Google account in Sunnyvale, California.

Cushman & Wakefield?s GOS internship program jump-starts your career in Real Estate by providing you with a solid foundation of industry knowledge and real-world experience. You will gain a knowledge of commercial real estate by taking on exciting projects in some of the following areas:
Integrated Facilities Management
Critical Facilities Services
Project & Development Services
Performance and Data Analytics
During the program you will receive one-on-one guidance from senior leaders within the firm. You will also get to know key professionals in the industry through our formal mentorship and peer support programs. Interns will also gain in-depth industry knowledge through account shadowing experiences on other accounts in the bay area. Upon your successful completion of the program, you will be considered to join a business line at Cushman & Wakefield.
Cushman & Wakefield is looking for applicants who demonstrate excellent leadership, teamwork, and critical thinking skills. In addition, we are looking for applicants who are highly motivated and possess integrity as well as an entrepreneurial spirit. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (we do not sponsor visas for the position).
