  • Plans, directs and coordinates project activities to ensure goals and/or objectives of the projects are accomplished within the prescribed scope and budget
  • Receive open tickets and assign as needed to ensure issues are resolved
  • Consolidate metrics to recommend solutions and improvements to the client
  • Liaise directly with the Engineers to understand the open tickets/underlying cause of the issues
  • Track SLA’s to make sure that service delivery remains in scope
  • Manages scope, coordinating stakeholder participation, assessing and mitigating risks, reporting progress against plan, and evaluating lessons learned.
  • Manages customer services for the client
  • Conducts peer review of deliverables and maintains high quality standard for the client
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams comprised of systems engineers, test engineers, systems administrators, database administrators, project sponsors and others.

  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance
  • 5+ years’ experience in a project-based role within a technical environment
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems, such as Remedy or ServiceNow
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • A solid understanding of requirements analysis and verification.
  • In-depth understanding of contract scope, SLA’s, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire commitment to quality and excellence
  • Broad knowledge of current information technology systems, IT infrastructure components, and technologies.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to review, edit and deliver high-quality documentation

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, CCNA, CCNP, Network+, Security+, etc.)
  • Technical experience in Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as security controls in federal publications; understanding of IT security policies as documented in NIST 880-53 publication
