As this Executive Administrative Assistant, you?ll provide high-level administrative support to company executives by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for top executives in our HR department at out downtown St. Louis HQ.

  • Type reports, memos, letters and other documents using word relevant computer software
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
  • Record, type and distribute meeting minutes
  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
  • Make travel arrangements for executives


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Associate?s degree in secretarial or business administration preferred
Experience (Years/Type): 
  • 5 plus years? experience as an executive administrative assistant supporting a top-level executive of a  large organization required
  • Experience supporting enterprise level human resources executives preferred
  • Experience working in a Microsoft 365 environment required
  • Experience with SAP Concur Enterprise management preferred

  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word; good proficiency in Excel
  • Initiative to work independently with little supervision
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and shifting priorities and adhere to tight deadlines
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to work with executives and associates at all organizational levels 
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to exercise and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
