Job Description

Facilities Maintenance employee. Responsible for grounds keeping, snow removal, equipment set up, furniture assembly and moves, minor carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Works from verbal and written instruction.
Proficient operation of various pieces of lawn equipment, fork lifts, excavation equipment, and motorized equipment associated with maintenance operations.

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.

Required Skills

High School Diploma
2 years? experience in general maintenance
Massachusetts Hoisting License 2C

Desired Skills:

one year of related trade training
Experienced in the installation and repair of Lawn irrigation.
Experience securing and moving of equipment.
Landscaping experience to include lawn maintenance , planting and sustaining flower beds and shrubs.
