General Summary
Compiling analyzing and distributing field data reports to service management and other internal Candela departments.
Focus of this higher-level position is to quickly attain all Level II responsibilities, in order to be able to fully participate in the analysis of service trends, staff performance, new product releases, and other senior level tasks assigned by service management.

Essential Job Functions
Proficiency in laser technology
Creates training syllabus for new product releases
Takes part in new product review to assess serviceability
Reviews and edits troubleshooting guides and tech memo?s
Troubleshoots all problems without assistance
Able to assess and report on staff / distributor capabilities
Works with service management and other Candela departments to create service specifications
Proficiency in Customer / Technical Support
Develops trending from support data and database service histories
Initiates new data / reference material for use in support (based on need)
Helps identify ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes
Proficiency with gathering technical and customer data
Fully utilizes departmental customer software
Retrieves information and analyzes situations
Provides trending information from database

Qualifications
At least eight (8) years? experience in a technical environment.
A.S degree in electronics or equivalent, combined with the above experience level.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
