Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Security Specialist to work with our Security Certification team in the Hanover, MD area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintains Security Service for our Information Technology (IT) Refresh and Reset Program in accordance with contractual requirements. Reviews and evaluates complex customer Security Issues and implements corrective action as needed. Interfaces with customers, various locations and vendors, to resolve Security problems and provide information on containment or resolution. Will perform as part of a 24 hour operation. Day, Mid and Night Shifts Available.Ensures that problems have been properly identified and solutions will satisfy the user’s requirements.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a customer service arena
Cyber and/or IT certifications such as Security + CE, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) for 8570 compliance required.
Expertise providing strong written and verbal communication conveying solutions and best practices required.
An Active TS/SCI clearance is required with Polygraph
