Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) is currently seeking a Configuration Manager to lead a large, complex program in support of a new effort with the Department of the Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) to provide essential Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) capabilities for protecting against, searching and discovering, mitigating and engaging, and eradicating advanced cyberspace threats and vulnerabilities. The DCOMP solution integrates network security requirements, intelligence, and vulnerability analyses, with the outputs of mission analysis (i.e. mission statement, commander's intent, planning guidance, initial Commanders Critical Information Requirements/Essential Elements of Friendly Information, and assumptions), and other military decision-making process outputs. The Configuration Manager 4 will be responsible for maintaining strict configuration control on the product baseline during all phases of the program.
This position is contingent on award of the program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: The Configuration Manager is responsible for configuration control during product development phase:
Reviews design release documents for completeness, proper approvals and system updates to ensure correct configuration modifications.
Reviews contracts and drafts configuration plans to encompass all specification requirements.
Is responsible for the integrity of the software baseline
Assists in the maintenance of the database
Maybe responsible for contract data submittal and status on smaller projects
May also be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining applications.
Eight (8) years’ experience of engineering experience with at least four (4) of those supporting configuration management including management of the software baseline
Experience working Configuration Management in an Agile development environment.
Strong communication skills.
Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and interfacing with customers on configuration management issues
A BS degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Eight (8) years of additional configuration management experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience ensuring baseline integrity in relationship to system architecture
Experience in a DevOps environment
Configuration Management Certifications
