Description:This position resides within Supply Chain Management Operations and supports Total Chemical Management (TCM) activities across LM Aeronautics. The TCM team has Program Management oversight of a multi-million dollar, third-party logistics (3PL) contract with a provider of chemical management services. Specific tasks for this position include:
• Perform recurring audits and Root Cause Analyses and lead development of Corrective Action Plans
• Working with Programs’ CAMs and Procurement to process monthly invoices in SAP
• Coordinate affordability and continuous improvement opportunities
• Monitor 3PL subcontractor, including oversight, planning, system access, training, and badging
• Evaluate and report 3PL performance and service-level metrics, including performance guarantees
• Coordinate with functional organizations and leadership to drive integration of TCM processes
• Work with Internal customers to support chemical delivery

Must be a US Citizen, position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Supply Chain Management experience
• Microsoft Office Suite tools, Excel and Pivot Tables
• SAP experience
• Root Cause Analyses and Correction Action Plans techniques
• Problems Solving techniques
• Green Belt certification

• Familiar with Site Stand-up/Activation activities• Experience interacting effectively across multiple organizations, competing priorities, and differing opinions
