Job Description:
The Raytheon IIS Hardware and Infrastructure (HW&I) Engineering team has an immediate professional opening for an Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead. The individual is responsible for program technical status and direction, staffing to program plans, schedule definition, execution and reporting using Earned Value Management (EVM), and coordination with other discipline leads to ensure program success. The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret security clearance is required for this position

Note: Candidates with a current US Government Secret security clearance are eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus if the clearance is confirmed and the candidate is hired by Raytheon

Required Skills:

  • Ability to provide technical direction to the HW&I team for design and implementation activities using COTS-based solutions for the areas below
    • VMware virtualization in a private cloud environment
    • Automated deployment and configuration of VMs in a heterogeneous environment
    • Identity and Access Management (IdAM) and Security and Incident Event Management (SIEM) services
    • Storage and network services
    • Enterprise Monitoring services
  • Skilled at leading and directing activities of direct report staff
  • Cost/schedule development and reporting experience
  • EVMS certification and experience as a CAM
  • Experience developing detailed infrastructure design artifacts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to effectively represent program in customer meetings and reviews
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
  • Active US Government Secret security clearance
  • Technical and/or project management certifications
Required Education:
Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of related work experience or 16 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline
