We are seeking a Program Cost Control Manager to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Finance team and supporting the Program and Technical Managers. This position will partner with Program Management to provide Financial leadership and mentoring in financial analysis, reporting, and cost management. The successful candidate must have a practical understanding of financial principles and demonstrate application through hands-on experience. The candidate must ensure successful execution of the program through the application of Earned Value Management techniques (EVM) including: baseline generation, maintenance, Estimate at Complete (EAC) development, in depth analysis, and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. The candidate must be able to develop solutions using a moderate level of creativity, ingenuity and innovation in a fast-paced environment and interpret and ensure implementation of Raytheon Financial Policies, Procedures, and Program Management Best Practices.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing time-phased budgets; forecasting and analyzing bookings, sales, profit, and cash; developing quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC) utilizing the corporate EDIT+ tool; preparing and presenting program financial deliverables to both internal (Raytheon) and external (customer) stakeholders; actively managing program funding; acting as primary point of contact for management and reporting of program financial risk and opportunities (R&O) relative to both the financial forecast (Bookings, Sales, Profit) as well as R&O management against the EAC; providing support to audits of financial information by internal auditors, external auditors, DCAA and other agencies; supporting new business initiatives and engineering change proposals (ECPs).
