Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Support and audit and maintain the Quality Systems on site including Quality Monitoring Scheme (QMS), Document control, Change control, Food Safety Team agenda and Net Content Control. Assist in the yearly management review of Quality (MRQ).
  • Support and audit Hazzard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Food Defense Program.
  • Support the review of consumer complaint data, report complaint trends, and communicate weekly complaint data to Quality Supervisors and Plant Managers
  • Continually develop, support and maintain both internal and external Quality auditing systems for the Allentown site.
  • As the Net Content Specialist provide administration, training, and monitoring of the Net content program.  Drive for continuous improvement in all elements of the program including on-line controls, capability analysis, targeting, calibration, formal release, and internal auditing.

Basic Qualifications: 
  •  High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years experience working in quality in a manufacturing setting 

Asset (Preferred) Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s Degree in Food Science, Biological Sciences, or related degree
  • 2+ years experience with Excel
