Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Program Startup
  • Project setup and NWA management
  • Cost and schedule control analysis – maintaining compliance within EVMS on a reportable program
  • In-depth labor and material trend analysis
  • Preparation and analysis of quarterly EACs as well as updates to monthly LREs
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly financial data
  • Maintenance of contract cost and schedule baselines, generate and support BCR process
  • Identification of risks and opportunities that affect cost and/or schedule

Additionally the individual will:
  • Support the torpedo program managers
  • Partner with the value stream lead, ISC, CAMs and operations leads
  • Support periodic projects including but not limited to gate reviews, proposals, and funding analysis
  • Review actual costs, coordinate cost and schedule variance analysis

Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years of related, professional work experience
  • Professional experience with MS Office applications, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with EVMS, program controls (cost/schedule), and EAC process
  • Experience working with SAP, APEX EV, PRIM, or Business Warehouse
  • Experience executing a DFARS EV contract with customer reporting requirement

  • Previous operations/manufacturing financial analysis experience

  • Proactive, with demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field of study with 6+ years experience or Master’s degree with 4+ years experience.
