The Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) Configuration and Data Management (CMDM) team is seeking an experienced Configuration and Data Management Analyst in Indianapolis, IN to join the Raytheon Troposcatter program.

As a Configuration and Data Management Analyst, you will be supporting engineering programs that will support the management and control of configurations and baselines, ensuring complete traceability of changes through a documented change management process. With a focus on Hardware Configuration Items, tasks include configuration identification, configuration control, configuration status accounting, data management, product release and delivery, and configuration audits. Track and process hardware drawings and engineering change notices. Create and improve CM processes. Facilitate Configuration Change Control Boards and provide CM assessments and inputs to engineering change requests. Interface with all engineering disciplines and program management. The candidate must be a flexible team player with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent tasks in a diverse environment

Clearance Requirement: A clearance is not required upon hire but the position will require the candidate to obtain and maintain a minimum of a DoD SECRET clearance.

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:

  • Bachelor degree and at least 4 years of experience developing and implementing Configuration Management principles, processes and training, such as configuration control, identification, data management (library/repository), product release and delivery, and configuration audits.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all required deliverable and non-deliverable contract data are properly identified, scheduled, marked, reviewed, approved, submitted, and accepted.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all program-related information is effectively stored and controlled throughout the contract lifecycle including digital files and work products.
  • Collaborates across the Program Management Office (PMO) to proactively manage CM risks, opportunities, and overall deliverables.
  • Experience with a Configuration Management System
  • Experience working in a technical environment interfacing with all engineering disciplines and able to work well in a team environment and actively assist or provide direction as needed.
  • Ability to guide individuals to accomplish change management steps in a timely manner.

Desired Experience, Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:
  • Experience with CM tools applicable to Product Data Management and Data Management
  • Certifications from either NDIA or CMII in Configuration Management
  • Experience working with CMMI and ISO 9000 CM requirements.
