Job location: Washington, DC

Bachelor?s degree in an IT related field and at least 7 years of technical experience supporting an enterprise computing environment
Must have an Active Secret clearance
Certified ITIL Foundation or CMMI-Services
Certified in at least one of the following:
CompTIA A+ Certification
Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
Demonstrated experience in the following:
Managing Service Level Agreements
Managing a team of over 5 help desk technicians
Operating an automated IT ticketing system
Creating, managing, and reporting Project Tasks in MS Project Professional/MS Project Server
Knowledge of various aspects and components of security infrastructure
Knowledge of, and experience in, asset management, computer management systems, functions and operations
Must demonstrate initiative, conscientiousness, and provide complete follow-through on all areas of responsibility
Possess the following competencies:
Ability to lead a project including managing scope, schedule and risks
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple projects at various stages of development using effective organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing
