Test Engineer is responsible for Special Test Equipment (STE) Design, development and integration of the STE with the Prime Hardware for Space and Airborne Systems. As a Test Engineer, the candidate will work as part of a team to develop /analyze Hardware / Software test routines and specification requirements. The position requires a candidate that is adept at both Software and Hardware. Potential areas of focus are: Receiver Module and Receiver Unit Test Sub-Systems on multiple airborne programs.
Candidate will be required to analyze and test RF/digital circuits associated with unit and system level applications. Instrumentation skills should include working knowledge of oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and general test equipment. Personal disciplines should include strong adherence to; lab practices, configuration control, and program instructions. Candidate should be reliable, a self-starter, and able to work with minimum direction. Periodic travel requiring non-standard work schedules may be required.
