Raytheon Company has an immediate need for a Classification Management Analyst to support the Control of Unclassified Information (CUI). This position supports The National Programs Coordination Staff (NPCS), under Information Management Services, which serves as subject matter experts in the areas of records management, classification, and declassification to enable the formulation and implementation of effective guidance for IMS and the Agency.
NPCS serves as liaison for the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and Information Security Oversight Office (ISOO), and participates on Intelligence Community and NARA working groups associated with Information Management.

Responsibilities for the Control of Unclassified Information position includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Understanding of Executive Order ? Understanding regulations, markings, example - Privacy Data,
  • Understanding of customer equities
  • Project Management Skills (scheduling, Implementing, coordination)
  • Articulate: Verbal and Written
  • Understanding Provisions on security information
  • Work with the Training University and creation of course subjects.
  • Take notes, actions, document discussions and follow up with other ICs through closure
  • Bonus Technical Background: Coordinate with security (ISSM & ISSE)
Required Skills
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated as Highly goal oriented, excellent at time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Extremely organized and ability to multi task
  • Familiar with the National Security Classification Guide
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various management levels, proactive experience and approach to delivering high quality services to all stake holders
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high level work under limited supervision, be a self-starter and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience developing excellent relationships with clients and support teams
  • Strong critical thinking skills with excellent focus on/ attention to detail

Qualifications/Education
  • Bachelor degree from an accredited institution plus at least 4 years relevant experience.
  • Four (4) years of experience (for a total of eight (8) or more years) may be substituted for a degree, with a high school diploma.
  • Must be a US Citizen and have a valid TS/SCI clearance from day one of employment.


Clearance Requirements
TS/SCI clearance with FS poly and must be crossover eligible
